LED Scoreboard Load-In and Storage Checklist for Gym and Event Buyers
A scoreboard can fit the court plan but still be awkward to move, store or position once it reaches a school, gym or event venue. This checklist keeps the pre-order handling record separate from product selection and post-delivery inspection: buyers document the access route, compare it with the published model details and ask the supplier to confirm the selected package.
Record the full movement route before requesting a quote: delivery entrance, corridor or lift, doors, stairs, court-side position and planned storage space. Give the supplier the selected model and these venue constraints so the stated product dimensions can be checked against the buyer's own route instead of being inferred from product photos.
Keep compact tabletop equipment on a separate handling line. The Indoor Tabletop LED Scoreboard lists an approximately 40.5 x 62 cm front-size variant and an approximately 4.75 kg variant. Its wheeled stand and carrying bag are optional, separately quoted accessories, so request the exact selected configuration rather than assuming a transport accessory is included.
Distinguish a fixed display from a display that must move between courts. The SK3048 is listed as a 4 ft. x 2 ft. scoreboard with built-in wall-mount slots and an optional wheeled stand. State whether it will be wall mounted or moved on the separately quoted stand, then keep that support choice in the same inquiry line as the main board.
For larger movable court displays, use the published model data in the venue plan. The 1.7m YS Wireless Multisport Scoreboard is listed at approximately 165.2 x 74.2 x 7 cm and approximately 36 kg, with a movable stand and universal wheels. Confirm the selected size, court route and storage position with the supplier before treating it as a portable event item.
Treat court-end timing as a two-display handling package when the product is sold that way. The YS 24s LED Shot Clock Pair lists each display at 69.5 x 58 x 7 cm and approximately 21 kg per single set, while the package is described as two single-face countdown timers with a controller. Ask for the selected stand style, controller and package contents in writing before planning where each item will be stored.
Keep packing, support and control items visible in the order record. Note whether the request includes the main display, stands or wall hardware, remote or console, power items, carrying bag, controller and any spare items. Do not transfer an accessory or included-part claim from one model to another; ask for a line-item package summary for the selected model only.
Before ordering, send the supplier the model, quantity, venue route notes, intended support method, storage location, control choice, destination and power requirement. Ask for written confirmation of the proposed configuration and included versus separately quoted items; use the delivery-receiving checklist only after the shipment arrives.
